Do I need to register for this conference and what is the cost?

All attendees will need to register for the conference in order to attend. Registration is complimentary until we reach capacity due to space limitations. The cost for a hotel room at the Washington Court Hotel is $299 plus tax per night.  

When does registration end?

Registration will remain open through April 19, 2017, space permitting. Registration may close early if capacity is reached.  

How do I reserve a hotel room at the group rate? 

A group block has been reserved at the Washington Court Hotel for the rate of $299 per night plus 14.5% tax. The deadline for a hotel reservation request is March 22, 2017.  When registering for the conference, please indicate if you are interested in reserving a hotel room. A credit card will be required to guarantee your hotel reservation but will not be charged at this time. You may cancel your hotel reservation at no charge 24 hours (1 day) prior to check in (3 PM). Cancellation after the deadline will result in a charge for one night’s stay.

What is the conference attire? 

Below is the recommended attire for each day:
–  April 26th and April 27th: Business professional attire
–  April 28th: Business casual attire

What are the transportation options?

–  Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is the closet airport (DCA), distance 4.5 miles   
–  Dulles International Airport (IAD), distance 28 miles 
–  Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), distance 32 miles
–  Amtrak’s Union Station is located 1/3 mile from the hotel.
–  The Metro, Washington DC’s rail system: The nearest Metro station to the Washington Court Hotel is Union Station, on the Red Line. METRO MAP
–  Valet parking rates at the Washington Court Hotel: $54 for overnight, and $43 for daily. 

 What if I need to cancel?  

Cancellation of a conference registration is requested as soon as known to open a slot to another attendee. You may also transfer your registration to another individual.  Please use your Eventbrite account to cancel or transfer no later then April 19, 2017.
